Andrea Brantley, Executive Director

Andrea came to us from The Center for Children & Young Adults where she was the Director of Development, overseeing fundraising and marketing initiatives. Andrea is a Community Affairs and non-profit executive with a decade of leadership experience in fund raising, marketing, and event planning. Her specialties include corporate donorship, volunteer cultivation, annual fund, and in-kind campaigns. Andrea has expansive experience in organizational leadership, prospect research, conflict resolution and team building. Her expertise is fostering long-term donor and volunteer relationships and fund raising. She is passionate about the mission and collaborative solution of keeping families together. Andrea has one son, Miles and lives in East Cobb. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, hiking with her rescue dog Luna and spending time with family and friends.

Wanda Hunter, Family Advocate

Wanda has over 25 years’ experience working in human services, including working with homeless and at-risk populations for many years. Formerly, she was a Director of Human Services and was responsible for operating one of the largest homeless shelter. Concurrently, she also operated a 24- bed substance abuse program for men reentering their communities.

Wanda has received several awards from state agencies. She was very instrumental in establishing partnerships with agencies, such as, Medical Clinic, Veteran Administration Services, Employment Coordinator, and Prevention Services, which were able to offer space in homeless shelters weekly or bi-weekly to those in need.

​Shannon Pickerel, Development Manager

Shannon began her time at Family Promise six years ago when she began volunteering with her family at Alpharetta Presbyterian.  She is passionate about the mission and loves the interfaith aspect of working together to keep families together.  After a few years, Shannon became a Co-Coordinator at APC.  In January 2021, Shannon became the Volunteer Engagement Manager to help with volunteer recruitment and be the liaison for Coordinators of Family Promise's congregations.
Before staying at home with her children, Shannon worked in the hospitality and telecommunications industries where she gained skills with market research, lease negotiations and sales experience.  She has served on various boards which helped her continue to grow her extensive organization and communication skills.  Shannon is married to her high school sweetheart and has two teenagers.

Katie Weaver, Grant and Donor Relations Manager

Katie serves as our Grant and Donor Relations Manager where she focuses on donor management, grant writing, marketing, and development.  Prior to coming to us, Katie worked for three years under the Development Manager for Family Promise of Greater Orlando assisting with various development efforts.  
 
Her passion for serving families in need began in college serving Second Harvest meals and spending nights with families in transitional housing units.  Throughout her adult life she has helped to serve various Peachtree Presbyterian Church Atlanta based missions, chaired the Pace Academy annual auction, and led as Outreach Chairman for Friends of CHOA Morningside.  
 
Katie is married to Scott Weaver, and they have two boys, Owen (10 years old) and Jay (8 years old).

Coye Mann, Chairman
Brand CFO, Neighborhood Restaurant Partners
Coye has over 30 years of experience in the casual and fast food restaurant industry. He currently serves as Brand CFO at Neighborhood Restaurant Partners, LLC (NRP) and manages over 250 million in revenue for 119 units. During his career he led finance departments and worked with a development team on the construction of more than 50 restaurants including Applebee’s and Wendy’s. Prior work includes serving as principal in public accounting focused on restaurant and retail accounting.
Member of the Applebee’s Franchise Technology Council.
He has served as Finance, Trustee and Child Enrichment Program (CEP) Chairman for First United Methodist Church, Easley SC.
He is an advocate and fundraiser for SC Special Needs and Disabilities for Whitten Center, Clinton SC.
He is a graduate of Lander University where he earned his BS in Finance/Accounting. He lives in Sandy Springs GA with his wife while enjoying traveling and woodworking.

Collin Webb, Treasurer
Assistant General Counsel, Hexagon AB
Collin has 18 years of experience practicing law.  He is currently an Assistant General Counsel of Hexagon AB, a Stockholm-based technology company, with responsibilities encompassing compliance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and dispute resolution, licensing, and contracts.  Prior to joining Hexagon 15 years ago, Collin was Patent Counsel at Case New Holland, and had been an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of the patent boutique of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper and Scinto.  During law school, Collin was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to his law degree, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.  He lives with his wife and two daughters in Alpharetta.

​Doug Wilson, Secretary
Retired, Social Security Administration

Doug received a double major in English and Philosophy from the University of Alabama and a juris doctorate from the University of Alabama Law School, having worked as a weekend counselor for a residential facility for emotionally conflicted children in Tuscaloosa during the final year of law school.  Doug served as the sole attorney for the Alabama Developmental Disability Advocacy Program for three years, taught English for a year at Pusan National University in Korea, and was a foreign law consultant for two years with a Korean international law firm in Seoul.  Doug has worked for the Social Security Administration’s Office of the General Counsel for nearly 31 years, supervising 15 to 25 line-attorneys for 20 of those years.  Doug has been singing with the choir at the Unitarian Universalist Metro-Atlanta North Church since it began in 1997 and has been helping out with Family Promise visits to UUMAN since January.  Doug and Lisa, his wife of 37 years, live in Roswell.  Their daughter teaches at Riverwood HS and she and her husband are expecting Doug’s first grandchild in January.  Doug and Lisa’s son, an ex-Marine, is studying film at the University of California at San Diego and working as a bouncer at a bar on weekends.

Scott Dizon
Chief Operating Officer, Dizon Ventures LLC
Scott helps companies transform their business, improve operational performance, and increase revenues by offering management and technology consulting services for small to medium sized software companies. Services range from strategy through actual execution.
Scott most recently was the Vice President of Client Services at Fiserv, a global leader of Payments and Digital Banking solutions where he was responsible for the client satisfaction and retention programs to increase revenues for some of Fiserv’s largest clients that utilized its mobile and online banking solutions. He has a BS degree in Computer Science from DeVry.
Scott has been married to his awesome wife, Cinnamon, for over 20 years. They have 4 children and reside in Dunwoody, GA. When he’s not working or spending time with the family, he enjoys playing tournament racquetball, cooking, and gardening. Scott and his wife are actively involved in Dunwoody Community Church.

Tyler Jones, Technology Committee
President, Carmichael Consulting Solutions, LLC.
After almost 15 years working in corporate Information Technology in Atlanta, Tyler left his role as Vice President of Service Operations with a national payroll provider in 2011 to start Carmichael Consulting Solutions, LLC. Tyler wanted to combine his passion for service with his expertise of security and highly reliable and available technology and make it available and affordable for small and medium sized businesses. He has loved every minute of building the business by delighting customers as he and his team of now 9 IT processionals have won accolades and awards for their service. Tyler is ITIL certified in Service Management, a Certified Support Manager with SSPA and SCP, a Clio Certified Consultant, a Dropbox for Business partner, an Apple Certified Support Professional, and also has the Apple Mobile Technical Competency certification. He is a regionally known broadcaster and author and he and his wife Lee are very active at their church, Alpharetta Presbyterian Church (they are both ordained Deacons and Elders in the Presbyterian Church(USA)) and their home away from home in Montreat, NC where they have served on the Presidents Advisory Council and presently serve on the Endowment Foundation Board. Tyler and Lee are proud parents to Elizabeth (16) and William (20).

Sam Klein
Keller Williams 
Sam earned his B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International
University. His focus was hotel and restaurant management where he worked
for independent and national hotel brands like Sheraton and Days Inn. After
extensive travel from South Florida to Texas and Pennsylvania, he eventually
settled in Atlanta in 1995. Utilizing his business and customer service skills, Sam
transitioned into the residential real estate business in 1999. Since then, he has
functioned in all facets of the industry including broker-owner, sales manager,
property manager, and general contractor. Sam continues to represent his past
and present clients in the sale, purchase, leasing, and management of residential
housing throughout Metro Atlanta. He is presently affiliated with Keller Williams
Realty in Dunwoody.

Sam has served as President of the Foxworth HOA, Co-coordinator at Temple
Beth Tikvah for Family Promise, supporter and shavee for St. Baldrick’s
Foundation and Camp Twin Lakes. He is a Founding Member of Atlanta United
Soccer, enjoys bike riding, playing corn hole, and traveling with family and
friends.

Pam Rosenthal
Owner, Meeting Street South Event Planning

Pam is the owner of Meeting Street South LLC.  She has been planning memorable meetings and events for over 20 years, specializing in the corporate and non-profit sector. A native Atlantan, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing.
Pam began her career as a marketing specialist and meeting planner and continued to gain the knowledge, tools, and experience through her professional and volunteer work with several Atlanta-area companies and non-profit organizations.
She is past Board President of Leadership Sandy Springs and currently serves on the Board of Visit Sandy Springs. She is also a member of Meeting Professionals International, Georgia Chapter and the Atlanta Independent Planners Alliance. She has earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Convention Industry Council.

Ollie Wagner, Congregational Support
Senior Pastor, Alpharetta Presbyterian Church

Ollie serves as Senior Pastor of Alpharetta Presbyterian Church (APC), a position he has held for the past 10 years. In addition to his pastoral duties at APC, Ollie is very active in the community, supporting numerous local charitable and civic organizations. He lives in Alpharetta with his wife, Heather, in a new “empty nest” with two children in college and a third in medical school. In his free time, Ollie teaches guitar lessons, plays on the church softball team, tinkers with woodworking and cheers for the Atlanta Braves.

Maggie Goldman, Development Committee
Coldwell Banker

Maggie is active in her community as a founding member of the North Fulton chapter of the GA NAACP and a mentor at Centennial High School.  An avid volunteer, Maggie has been awarded two volunteer honors since moving to GA. She was named the 2014 East Lake YMCA Volunteer of the Year Award for her work developing a middle school college and career program at the YMCA Youth & Teen Development Center. In 2018 she was named the DeKalb CASA Philanthropy Award recipient for being a longstanding CASA volunteer for a family of 7 children over 5 years time and coordinating a holiday gift drive for the entire DeKalb CASA caseload (250) in 2018, 2019 and for about half the caseload (170) in 2017.  During Covid, she served as a non-medical volunteer with the Fulton County Medical Reserve Corps at various COVID-19 vaccine locations.  Maggie, her husband David and their son Matthew live in Johns Creek, near Newtown Park.
