MEET LAILA
Last summer, 5-year-old Laila slept in the backseat of her family’s car for weeks. Every night, her parents searched for a safe place to park, and every morning, the only stability Laila felt was going to school.
Through Family Promise of North Fulton/DeKalb’s Temporary Shelter Program, Laila found a safe and warm bed to sleep in while her family worked toward stability.
Today, she sleeps safely in her own home with her family and is back in school, thriving.
BECAUSE EVERY CHILD MATTERS.
The Transformation
Could move children out of cars and off the streets into a safe hotel stay - giving children the opportunity for security and brighter futures.
The Stability
Could provide safe, stable childcare for a month - allowing parents to work while their children thrive in consistence and care.
The Security
Could keep a family in their home through emergency rental assistance - prevent eviction before homelessness ever begins.
The Comfort
The Foundation
Could provide new shoes, jackets, undergarments, and school clothes - so children can show up confident and ready.

THANK YOU FOR PUTTING KIDS FIRST!
