Thanks to St. David's Episcopal Church's generous gift of a home, Homebound Ranch now offers two families a safe and stable home with private bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared community spaces.

For 6-12 months, these families will work and pay rent based on a percentage of their income, instead of facing the exorbitant rent rates of traditional housing.

Homebound Ranch

This transitional house is exclusively available to Rotational Shelter family graduates. It accommodates two families simultaneously, providing them with a supportive, communal living environment as they work to attain the credit score, savings, and reliability as a tenant required for future traditional landlord housing. These families will be able to provide the stable housing their children need to thrive, while also benefiting from the extra time to prepare for independent living.
