This transitional house will be exclusively available to Rotational Shelter family graduates. It will accommodate two families simultaneously, providing them with a supportive, communal living environment, as they work to attain the credit score, savings, and reliability as a tenant that is required for future traditional landlord housing. These families will be able to provide the stable housing that their children need to thrive, experience of while also benefiting from the extra time to prepare to restore independent living .
For 6-12 months, these families will work and pay rent based on a percentage of their income, instead of facing the exorbitant rent rates of traditional housing.
