The Family Promise aftercare program designed to secure long-term stabilization for families that have graduated back into independent housing.
Housing Stabilization is our post-program support and aftercare initiative for families who have graduated from the shelter program into independent or transitional housing. It focuses on promoting long-term housing stability through mentorship, monthly case management check-ins, and occasional emergency financial assistance.
